1. I selected this photo because it shows amazing colors and if you look closely, you can slightly see a person's silhouette. Compositionally, there are lines because of the way the light is moved you can see every individual light bulb in the light stick. Also there is depth shown by the layers of light behind and infront of the person in the photo. To take this photo I had the camera set on was probably somewhere around ½ (shutter speed) and aperture and depth field was most likely at f/8(aperture/depth of field).
2. Looking at this photo, the compositional element that is most apparent is aperture. When I edited this photo, I adjusted the colors to make it look cooler. The camera was set to somewhere around f/2. This photo communicates/reminds me of/ makes me think of winter because the berries look almost frosty and the blue tint pulls the whole picture together. 3. This photo was taken for the shutter speed assignment. What I like about this photo is how magical it looks in the way the cards are flying and the look on Hayden’s face. My point of view was from straight ahead. The photo follows the rule of thirds because the cards are the main part of the photo and they are off to the left side of the rule of thirds. The depth of field is in between beep and shallow because we can see the cards clearly but Hayden isn’t completely blurred out. The ISO was set to somewhere around 400-800.
